I am honored and privileged to have recently been appointed to Apprentice Coordinator of IBEW Local 11. EWMC has been at the forefront of my career within the IBEW. Without the leadership training, the countless mentors, and all the encouragement that I have received through my involvement in EWMC, I am not sure I would be in this position today. I feel that I can bring a lot to this position and be the representation the apprentices need. I understand as Apprentice Coordinator, I am responsible for shaping and molding the minds, attitudes, and careers of those currently in the program, as well as those that will enter our program in the future. Rest assured this is not a responsibility I take lightly. I am excited to be such a big part in our apprentices’ careers and will do everything I can to help make sure we are producing the best trained most qualified journey-level electrical workers possible. I have held many leadership positions throughout my career within IBEW, EWMC, and RENEW and look forward to utilizing the skills and experience I have gained over the years to effectively serve our membership and meet the challenges of this new position. Sisters and Brothers of EWMC, I want to thank you all for the tremendous role you have played in my career and in my life, and I look forward to growing even more with you all throughout the rest of my career.
