E.W.M.C Youth

Looking towards the future Robbie Sparks implemented a EWMC Youth group in 2008. Focusing on the advancement of young leadership within the I.B.E.W. ranks.

Goals:

1.   Advancement within IBEW

2.  Preparing the next generation of IBEW

3.   Cultivating diverse and effective leaders

4.  Creative new ways to engage and mobilize union workers through internal orga- nizing

5.   Bridging generational gap

6.   Building bridges between labor and the community
