EWMC 2025 Conference Tentative (subject to change) General Schedule

Tuesday, January 14:

• Conference Registration 4-6PM

Wednesday, January 15:

• Chapter President’s Meeting 9AM – 4PM
• Conference Registration: 8AM – 11AM,  and again from 3 – 7 PM
• Day of Service sign – up: 3 – 7 PM

Thursday, January 16:

• Day of Service Registration: 6 – 7AM
• Day of Community Service:  6AM – 1PM (ATTN: some projects outside, please plan and dress accordingly!!)
  • Project 1) 150 people to clean up MLK Boulevard (with the expectation of rain)
  • Project 2) 50 people to be a part of our monthly mentoring session at the Division of Youth Services (all of whom have committed a felony)
  • Project 3) 50 people to read to the Hazelwood School district (10 members who speak Spanish to read at Jamestown Elementary)
  • Project 4) 45 people to help get food ready to feed the homeless (Operation food search)
• Conference Registration: 6 – 10 AM, and again from 3 – 7 PM
• Community Service Lunch: noon – 2:30 PM
• New Member Orientation: 5-6 PM
• Opening Plenary Session: 6:30 – 8:30 PM
• EWMC National Officer’s Reception: 8:30 – 10:30 PM

 Friday, January 17:

• Conference Registration 6 – 8 AM, and again from 1 – 3PM
• Plenary Session: 7:30AM – 12:30 PM
• EWMC and EWMC RENEW Nominations
• Delegate Lunch: 12:30 – 1:30 PM
• EWMC Off – Site Tours: 1:30 - 5 PM
• EWMC Delegates Reception (host Local Unions and Chapters!): 6 – 10 PM

 Saturday, January 18:

• Conference Registration: 6 – 8 AM
• District Caucuses: 7:30 – 8:15 AM
• Plenary Session: 8:30 – 11 AM
• EWMC and EWMC RENEW Elections
• Workshops: 11:30 – 1:00 PM
• Lunch Break: 1:00 – 2:30 PM (1.5 hours on your own)
• Workshops: 2:30 – 4:00 PM
• Reception and Award Dinner / Gala: 6:30 – 11:30 PM

Sunday, January 19:

• Conference Registration: 7 – 8 AM
• Branch Caucuses: 7:30 – 8:15 AM
• Swear – in NEW EWMC and EWMC RENEW Officers
• Closing Plenary Session / EWMC Business: 8:30 AM – 1PM
